Box Office Hours
Monday - Friday: 12:00pm-6:00pm
Saturday - 12:00pm-3:00pm*
Sundays: Closed if there is no Sunday performance - otherwise, 12PM to 30 minutes after start of show if there is a Sunday performance.
*Please note that the Box Office will be open until show time when there is an evening show on Saturday.

Tickets can be purchased in person at the Count Basie Theatre Box Office, 99 Monmouth Street. (The Box Office entrance is the first door to the right of the theatre's main entrance.) No service fees apply to tickets purchased at the box office. Seats cannot be reserved without payment.

By Phone:
The Box Office can be reached by calling (732) 842-9000 during regular box office hours with your Mastercard, VISA, American Express, or Discover card. A $5 per ticket service fee applies to all phone orders. Seats cannot be reserved without payment.
Internet:
Visit our Events page to select a performance. You will be connected to our online ticketing partner, Seatadvisor.com Please disable any pop up or ad blocking software for smoother operation. Additional service-provider fees apply. Please check your order carefully before finalizing your purchase as there are no refunds or exchanges. Seats cannot be reserved without payment. If Internet tickets are not available, please call the box office at 732-842-9000.

By Mail or Fax:
Print and complete the Ticket Order Form (click on the link below) and FAX to: 732-842-9323 (using your credit card information). To order by mail (with your check or credit card information), send the completed Ticket Order Form to Count Basie Theatre Box Office, 99 Monmouth Street, Red Bank, NJ 07701. A $5 per ticket service fee applies to all mail and fax orders. Please note: If you are paying with a check, it is required that you write your phone number and drivers license number on the check. If we receive your check without the phone number and drivers license number, we will be forced to return your check to you so you can add the information and send it back. We do not hold seats. All mail orders are filled on a first come, first serve basis with whatever is best available in the price range you've selected. Seats cannot be reserved without payment.
Payment
Cash, check (2 weeks or more before the show), VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express are accepted. Checks require a preprinted name and address and a valid driver's license. A $25.00 fee applies to all returned checks.

Tickets purchased by phone and mail are sent via first class mail the next business day after purchase. Tickets purchased by phone or mail one week or less before a performance will be held at the box office for customer pick-up at the Will Call window on show night. For verification purposes, ticket pickup requires the credit card used to purchase the tickets, or a valid drivers license, and the customer's signature.

Accessibility
The Count Basie Theatre is a wheelchair accessible space. An assistive listening system is available at all times. Large print programs are available for all Count Basie Theatre-presented performances, and at most other performances. Programs and other publications can be provided on request in alternative formats such as Braille, audiotape or computer disc. Assistive listening services such as sign language interpretation, audio description, and open captioning are provided for some performances, or can be provided for some performances upon request."

The Count Basie Theatre respects the privacy and confidentiality of its customers and donors. The Theatre does not rent, sell, trade or exchange its mailing lists or databases. When purchasing tickets, your name, address and phone number are required so that you can be contacted about your order, or if an event is cancelled or postponed. Your name and address are added to the theatre's mailing list to ensure that you are notified of future performances and events, and other pertinent information about the theatre.
