Group Sales

 

Discounted ticket prices are offered for groups of 12 or more for most Count Basie Theatre presentations (and occasionally for events presented by outside promoters), though we reserve the right to limit the number of group sale seats per show.

 

Please call Heidi Leigh, Group Sales Manager at 732-224-8778 ext 123 or e-mail hleigh@countbasietheatre.org to determine if group rates are available for a specific show, and to receive a complete list of events that are available for group rates.

Group discounts range from 10% - 30% depending on the number of tickets purchased. The $5 per ticket service fee will also be waived.

School Shows
The Count Basie Theatre offers school performances throughout the year, at special pricing levels. Please call our group sales department at 732-224-8778 ext. 123 or consult the School Show pages on our website for more information. Newly booked shows will be posted year-round so check back often.

Important Information:

*Promotional materials, including flyers, postcards, and posters (if available), will be provided upon request to assist group leaders in advertising the event. 

*Reservations can be made and seats will be held in your chosen price category for either sixty days, or two weeks before the show, whichever comes first. A single payment is required for the entire group purchase. We accept cash, checks, or credit cards. Upon request, we will provide you with a highlighted seating chart noting each of your seat locations and give you a ticket envelope for each buyer. Any unpaid tickets will be released for general sale.
