Ticket Ordering Instructions
If you are having trouble ordering tickets on line, or viewing the seating chart, try these steps --Make sure all the Java options are activated:
- Open your internet browser
- Click on Tools/Internet Options/Advanced
- Scroll down half-way to Java (or Microsoft)VM and make sure all three Java options are clicked on.
- Click OK
- Restart your browser.
- Go to Tools/Internet Options/Advanced
- Click on delete cookies
- Delete Temporary Internet files/OK
- Go to Tools/Internet Options/Advanced
- Scroll down half-way to Java (or Microsoft)VM and click on Java Loading Enabled.
