We know that mindfulness decreases anxiety and improves attention and the quality of social, physical and psychological living. These sessions will explore breathing exercises, creativity and discussion designed to help you develop an ongoing mindfulness practice, plus skills helpful in coping with stress and anxiety.

A one time $10 family registration fee will be added per season.
