WHAT IS THE PERFORMING ARTS ACADEMY AT COUNT BASIE THEATRE?

The Count Basie Theatre's Performing Arts Academy offers classes and workshops with seasoned professionals for aspiring actors, musicians and dancers of all ages. Course offerings are wide-ranging, from performance basics, auditioning techniques and professional development in the arts, to fun weekend workshops. All classes offer an opportunity to expand your communication skills, increase your self-confidence, unleash your creativity, and have some fun! Sessions begin in January, April, July and September.
