Corporate & Individual Entertaining Spaces
The Count Basie Theatre has three newly renovated entertainment
spaces available for rent to companies and private individuals - the
Carlton Lounge, Studio 99 and The Count's Courtyard.

The Carlton Lounge
The Carlton Lounge is available on non-performance nights
only for company meetings, cocktail and dinner parties. The room
comfortably seats up to 20 for dinner, up to 45 for a meeting, and up to
65 for cocktails. Rent and additional costs are determined by the type of catering, rentals,
decorations and beverages that are selected, which our staff will gladly
coordinate.
Studio 99
The Theatre has a large rehearsal studio, Studio 99, on the balcony
level of the Theatre. This room is available to entertain groups of up
to 75 people prior to and during performances for cocktails, dinner or
both. Rent and additional costs
are determined by the type of catering, rentals, decorations and
beverages that are selected, which our staff will gladly coordinate.
Please note that this room is not ADA accessible.
The Count's Courtyard (Outdoor Patio)
The newly constructed Count's Courtyard is an outdoor patio capable of accommodating up to 500 guests. The Courtyard has a full bar and is accessible via the interior lobby of the Theatre.This beautiful space is available to entertain prior to, during, and following performances for cocktails, dinner or both. Rent and additional costs are determined by the type of catering, rentals, decorations and beverages that are selected, which our staff will gladly coordinate. This space is ADA accessible.
