The Golf Outing’s success was a direct reflection of the work of its dedicated committee lead by Event Co-Chairs: Peter Reinhart, Hovnanian Enterprises, Inc. and Wm. J. Ruckert, III, Provident Bank and the Committee Richard Cohen, David Cooner, Peter Fitzsimmons, Paul Fried, Dave Hankins, Bryan Holsey, Tom Hyland, Brian Leddin, Mark Murphy, Jeffrey R. galaThe Fab Faux Benefit Concert and the British Invasion Weekend
June 29th and 30th the Count Basie Theatre was invaded by British music legends. On Friday night, patrons went Behind the Scenes with Pete Bennett. This unique show featured conversations, songs and more with Spencer Davis of the Spencer Davis Group (“Gimme Some Loving,” “I’m A Man”); Denny Laine of the Moody Blues (“Go Now”) and Wings (“Mull of Kintyre”); and Terry Sylvester formerly of the Hollies (“Long Cool Woman” “He Ain’t Heavy,” "The Air That I Breathe").

Morrison Hotel Gallery also brought the Beatles to the Basie through “Here There and Everywhere” an exhibition and sale of rare photographs. The sale continued into Saturday for the sold out annual Fab Faux Benefit Concert. According to Rolling Stone Magazine, "The greatest Beatles cover band,” the Fab Faux featuring Will Lee from The Late Show with David Letterman; Jimmy Vivino from the Max Weinberg 7 on Late Night with Conan O'Brien; record producer Rich Pagano; and Frank Agnello got the Basie rocking!

All three of the events were supporting the nonprofit Count Basie Theatre.
