Ticket Ordering Instructions
If you are having trouble ordering tickets on line, or viewing the seating
chart, try these steps --
Make sure all the Java options are activated:
- Open your internet browser
- Click on Tools/Internet Options/Advanced
- Scroll down half-way to Java (or Microsoft)VM and make sure all three
Java options are clicked on.
- Click OK
- Restart your browser.
Clear your cache, including offline content:
- Go to Tools/Internet Options/Advanced
- Click on delete cookies
- Delete Temporary Internet files/OK
Turn Java console before attempting to load a seat map for the first time:
- Go to Tools/Internet Options/Advanced
- Scroll down half-way to Java (or Microsoft)VM and click on Java Loading
Enabled.
Whenever you are unable to open a seat map, look to see if there are any
error messages in the status bar at the bottom of the browser.
