Ticket Ordering Instructions

If you are having trouble ordering tickets on line, or viewing the seating chart, try these steps --

Make sure all the Java options are activated:
  1. Open your internet browser
  2. Click on Tools/Internet Options/Advanced
  3. Scroll down half-way to Java (or Microsoft)VM and make sure all three Java options are clicked on.
  4. Click OK
  5. Restart your browser.
Clear your cache, including offline content:
  1. Go to Tools/Internet Options/Advanced
  2. Click on delete cookies
  3. Delete Temporary Internet files/OK
Turn Java console before attempting to load a seat map for the first time:
  1. Go to Tools/Internet Options/Advanced
  2. Scroll down half-way to Java (or Microsoft)VM and click on Java Loading Enabled.
Whenever you are unable to open a seat map, look to see if there are any error messages in the status bar at the bottom of the browser.
